Do I need to register or fill out long forms to order? ⭐ Most asked

No. Our chat opens when you tap any product or button. Our AI identifies what you want and guides you from there — naturally, step by step. No account, no forms. If you're not sure what you want, you can come back later and we pick up where we left off.

Can I order without a design ready? ✦ New

Yes. Tell us in the chat what you want to communicate, what you'll use it for, and any visual reference you have. Our AI assistant can create a print-ready design based on your brief. You approve it before it goes to production — nothing prints without your OK.

Do I talk to a person or is everything with the AI chat?

How do I know the price? Do I get it before paying?

Yes — always. Once you define quantity, size, and finish in the chat, you see the full price including shipping. No 'we'll quote you later.' The price shown in the chat is exactly what you pay.

Can I pay securely without leaving the chat?

Yes. Payment happens directly in the chat through a secure encrypted Stripe link. No third-party redirects, no account creation. We never store your card details.

🎨 Files & Design

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer PDF with embedded fonts or text converted to outlines. We also accept JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS. For roll labels: vector only (EPS or PDF), 300 dpi, text above 9pt, pure black (100% K) only. If your job has two sides, send each side as a separate file — both sides in one file will not print correctly.

I don't understand sizes, weights, or resolutions — is that a problem?

Not at all. The chat asks simple questions like 'what will you use this for?' or 'do you need it large or small?' — and based on that, we suggest the right size, paper type, and finish. You just tell us the goal.

If I upload my own design, will you tell me if something is wrong before printing?

Yes. Every uploaded file goes through an AI-powered preflight check. Your design needs to be CMYK, 300 dpi, PDF preferred, with correct bleed and safe area margins. If it doesn't pass, we'll let you know what to fix. This is industry standard — not just our rule.

How do I make sure my blues don't come out purple and my blacks are deep?

For blues: keep at least 30% difference between cyan and magenta values. For deep black use C60 M40 Y40 K100. For sublimation products (polyester flags, fabric displays, table covers): use C100 M100 Y100 K100.

🚚 Delivery & Tracking

How long does delivery take? Can I track my order?

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Some products can be done in 2 days. Rush (next-day) delivery is available for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email.

Quality & Guarantee

What if my design doesn't meet technical requirements — will you still print it?

Yes, we'll print it. But if your file doesn't meet specs (bleed, resolution, CMYK, correct dimensions), we cannot guarantee cuts, colors, or final quality. We are not responsible for poor results if requirements weren't followed. We always recommend submitting files correctly to avoid surprises.

What if my design doesn't have the right dimensions?

Our preflight system checks for this. If your file doesn't pass, we notify you so you can make corrections. Every print product has three critical margins: bleed, safe area, and final trim size. These are strict — they ensure clean cuts and a quality final product.

What if I don't like how my order turned out? Is there a refund?

We don't offer refunds for design choices. However, if the error is ours — defective print, poor quality, damaged product — we reprint it at no cost. The condition: your file must have passed our preflight check and followed our upload requirements. If you did your part, we stand behind the result.
