By using the FlowlyPrint website or placing an order through our chat service, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of our website following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
1 Overview
FlowlyPrint is a chat-based print service operated by Flowly Print LLC, a Florida-registered company. All orders, quotes, file submissions, and approvals are handled through conversation — we do not use traditional forms or checkout flows.
Every order is finalized through chat confirmation and a secure payment link.
2 How Orders Work — Chat-Based Process
All orders follow this process:
- Customer initiates request via chat.
- FlowlyPrint provides a quote and production details.
- Customer submits a design file or requests the FlowlyPrint design service.
- File is reviewed for print compatibility (preflight check).
- Customer approves the final version in chat.
- A secure payment link is sent via Stripe.
- Production begins after payment confirmation.
Once a file is approved in chat, it is considered final.
3 File Submission & Design Responsibility
Customers have two options for design:
Option A — Customer-provided files
Customers may upload their own design files. Files must follow the print specifications provided during the chat conversation. If a customer proceeds with a file that does not meet our recommendations, they accept full responsibility for the final print results.
Option B — FlowlyPrint design service
FlowlyPrint creates the design based on the customer brief, required measurements, and print specifications. Final approval is required from the customer before production begins.
In both cases: once a file is approved in chat by the customer, Flowly Print LLC is not responsible for errors, layout issues, or print outcomes resulting from that file.
4 Production Time
Standard production time
3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation and file approval.
Start of production
Production begins only after both payment is confirmed and the file is approved.
Complex orders
Custom or complex orders may require additional production time. This will be communicated during the chat conversation.
5 Shipping
Orders are shipped through professional shipping carriers to addresses within the United States.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once the order ships, when available from the carrier.
Delivery times
Vary by destination and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only.
Carrier delays
Flowly Print LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other external logistics conditions beyond our control.
6 Returns & Refund Policy
Because all FlowlyPrint products are custom printed to order:
All sales are final
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No refunds for approved files
If a customer approved a file that contained errors, no refund or reprint will be issued for those errors.
Production errors by FlowlyPrint
If an error occurs due to a mistake on our part — such as defective printing or a damaged product — we will reprint the order at no additional cost. Each case is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided.
7 Approval Policy
Chat approval is binding. When a customer approves a file or design in the chat conversation, they confirm that:
- The design is correct and complete.
- All text and content is accurate.
- The print layout and specifications are accepted.
After approval is given in chat, FlowlyPrint assumes no responsibility for design errors or content mistakes in that file.
8 File Standards & Print Requirements
To ensure professional print quality, files submitted must meet the following standards:
Size and bleed
Files must match the required dimensions and include the specified bleed area, as communicated during the chat.
Resolution and format
Recommended resolution and format guidelines must be followed. Preferred format is PDF with embedded fonts. JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS are also accepted.
Color mode
Files must be in CMYK color mode. Color variation may occur between screen display (RGB) and printed output (CMYK). This is a standard characteristic of professional printing.
Flowly Print LLC is not responsible for print quality issues caused by files that do not comply with these standards.
9 Intellectual Property
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to all content submitted for printing, including images, logos, fonts, text, and brand assets.
By submitting a file or design brief, the customer confirms they own or have authorization to use all content included.
Flowly Print LLC reserves the right to decline any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.
10 Limitation of Liability
Flowly Print LLC is not liable for:
- Design errors or content mistakes approved by the customer.
- Print quality issues resulting from files that did not meet our specifications.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or external conditions.
- Technical interruptions or system outages beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited exclusively to reprinting an order in cases of a verified production error caused by Flowly Print LLC.
11 Updates to These Terms
Flowly Print LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of FlowlyPrint services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.
12 Governing Law & Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
